AppReport legal

Terms of Service

Zuletzt aktualisiert: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AppReport, a reporting service offered by emonster, inc.

Dieses Rechtsdokument wird auf Englisch bereitgestellt. Es wurde keine übersetzte Rechtsfassung genehmigt; maßgeblich ist der englische Text.

Privacy PolicyTerms of ServiceGDPR Compliance

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern appreport.dev, the AppReport launch waitlist, the authenticated AppReport portal, and operational reports provided by emonster, inc. ("emonster", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement and are not prohibited from using it under applicable law. If you use AppReport for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts and current access

Access to the authenticated portal is currently limited to verified Google accounts on the exact emonster.com domain. Google and Firebase manage the sign-in flow; AppReport does not issue a separate password.

You are responsible for using an identity and workspace you are authorized to access, maintaining the security of your Google account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Authorized workspace use

You may use AppReport only for lawful purposes and only for workspaces, Apple developer accounts, apps, data, and recipients you are authorized to manage. Workspace roles and authorization are resolved by the backend; a value supplied by a browser does not grant access.

Workspace owners are responsible for connection details and settings submitted to AppReport and for confirming that each workspace member and report recipient is authorized to access the workspace's information.

Connected developer accounts

By submitting App Store Connect credentials, you confirm that you are authorized to connect that account and authorize the reporting operations presented in AppReport. Ordinary discovery and report retrieval read Apple data. A separately authorized setup may create missing Analytics Reports requests using a temporary Admin credential, which is not retained by that setup.

These reporting operations do not change app releases, prices, or store listings. Apple services and reporting remain subject to Apple’s terms, permissions, availability, and reporting behavior. Apple does not sponsor or operate AppReport.

Reports and source data

AppReport reports are derived from source data made available through an authorized connection. Apple may delay, withhold, revise, or mark data provisional, and AppReport may encounter unavailable or incomplete reporting periods. AppReport displays available source and completeness states, but does not guarantee that source data is complete, current, or error-free.

Reports are an operational reporting aid, not an accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial record. Verify material decisions against the underlying App Store Connect source and your own professional requirements.

Waitlist and operational email

Joining the waitlist requests a signup acknowledgement and launch notification. AppReport records the signup and sends an internal notification to support waitlist operations. Product news and offers and optional waitlist analytics are separate, optional choices; accepting these Terms does not opt you into either. The Privacy Policy explains these choices, withdrawal, and privacy requests.

A workspace owner may configure opted-in operational reports for the verified primary address and possession-verified optional mailboxes, subject to the recipient limit and available cadence settings. Owners must not route workspace data to anyone who is not authorized to receive it.

AppReport may suppress an address after a bounce or complaint and may use delivery-status events to protect recipients and service reliability. Report settings can be changed or disabled through AppReport when delivery controls are available. Recurring delivery is enabled separately from saving settings.

  • Privacy Policy: data use and communication choices

Acceptable use

  • Do not access or attempt to access another workspace, another user's data, or an Apple account you are not authorized to connect.
  • Do not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, introduce malicious code, overload an endpoint, scrape or harvest without permission, or use AppReport for spam or unlawful communications.
  • Do not submit credentials, content, or recipient information in a way that violates law, contract, privacy, intellectual-property, or other third-party rights.
  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from AppReport except where applicable law prohibits that restriction or emonster gives written permission.

Data responsibility, intellectual property, and feedback

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for credentials, apps, analytics records, workspace settings, and recipients you submit or authorize AppReport to process. AppReport handles that information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its website, software, designs, text, graphics, code, product name, logos, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by emonster or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions about AppReport, you grant emonster a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

Third-party services

AppReport depends on third-party services including Google, Firebase, Apple, Resend, and IPinfo. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. emonster is not responsible for third-party services or their content, policies, availability, or practices.

Pricing and billing

AppReport's public pricing page is informational. AppReport does not currently provide online checkout, automated paid-subscription activation, or customer billing through the Service. Viewing pricing information or using the authenticated portal does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.

Any paid access offered by emonster requires a separate written agreement or other expressly accepted transaction terms. Those terms will control pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for that transaction.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, emonster disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, emonster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. emonster's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to emonster for the applicable Service in the three months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless emonster and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, information or content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to all or part of the Service at any time, including to address misuse, security risk, unauthorized access, legal requirements, or service integrity.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement with emonster states otherwise.
